- Is your work overcrowded by an external agenda?
- Is work–life balance an issue for you or your colleagues?
- Do you sometimes feel you've lost your creative spark?
- Would you welcome an opportunity to revitalise your professional purpose?
A Courage to Be... weekend offers an opportunity:
Personally:
- to reflect, relax, let go and recharge
- to learn how to quieten the mind, even when stressed
- to see, think and communicate more clearly
- to set a (new) course.
Professionally:
- to remind ourselves of what really matters
- to know how to inspire and be inspired
- to develop sound, intuitive decision making
- to be encouraged: find the courage to actualise our values.
Collectively:
- to support each other's personal and professional development
- to practise deep listening
- to form a network of continuing support and renewal
- to be part of a powerful, ethical movement for social change.
The Courage to Be... developing ethical leadership
