  • the promotion of Health Education as it relates to Values Education
  • supporting relevant aspects of moral and religious education
  • Helping parents, teachers and others to enhance the personal development of pupils and young people
  • supporting developments in school curriculum subjects that relate to Values Education
  • helping pupils and young people to develop commitment to the value of work, industry and enterprise generally

Living Values Education Program (LVEP) is a comprehensive values education program. This innovative global character education program offers a wide variety of experiential values activities and practical methodologies to educators, facilitators, parents and caregivers that enable children and young adults to explore and develop twelve universal values. In addition to programs for classrooms and parent groups, LVEP offers special materials for street children, children affected by war, and children affected by earthquakes.

In 74 countries at over 7,000 sites, educators implementing LVEP report positive changes in teacher-student relationships and in student-student relationships both inside and outside the classroom. Educators note an increase in respect, caring, cooperation, motivation, and the ability to solve peer conflicts on the part of the students. Aggressive behaviors decline as positive social skills and respect increase. LVEP helps educators create safe, caring values-based atmospheres for quality learning.

"Our past, present and future success is rooted firmly in our Christian ethos. Each member of our school community is created by God and our aim is to achieve our full potential. All we do is rooted in this Hope of who we are as people and who we can become.

'Steadfast in faith' we aim to rise above the ordinary by developing education which can transform lives and communities. Inspired by our faith in Christ and together with our parents, churches and communities, we aim for each person to reach their full potential in body, mind, heart and soul. Our teaching will foster an understanding of human society and the worth and dignity of human beings, so that everyone in our community will be cared for unconditionally and valued equally. Our students will be characterised by their personal understanding of faith, love of learning and striving to fulfil their own potential."

Jackie Hoskins and Georgina Hall started Study Gym with their first clients in April 2007. The inspiration for it came from years of trying to encourage students to study at home, but awareness that there was often nobody at home who knew how to help. When they retired Georgina and Jackie recognised that they wanted to do something with their time other than 'lunch out', and so they developed the idea for Study Gym.
